Entry #6

Topic: Vendor Announcement

Date: June 5th, 2024

Merry meet and mossy greets!

Dear Friends, I have SUCH exciting new to share with you today! Part of me would love to deep dive into the back story of today, but I know that time will come eventually. For now, I will give a very brief synopsis…

Two years ago, a fellow polymer clay artist role model casually accepted to be a vendor at an art market that I really enjoy going to. It was nothing out of the norm for them, but it sparked a slow burning fire within me. I set a goal for myself, that some day… I too will be a vendor at this event.

Skip forward to this April.

Spirit was NOT going to let me ignore this any longer, and put me in front of an ad looking for vendors for the event I wanted to be a part of. I finally was shown a path I’ve long been searching for, and that fire re-ignited intensely. With the given requirements, it now gave me a check list of what needs to get done and to get things in motion for Moss’d & Found. Spirit even gave a deadline for this event to REALLY throw fuel on that fire, and unfortunately…. I didn’t meet the deadline.

Even though I didn’t meet the deadline for the June event, I kept pushing. myself to create. While figuring out designs, creating a website, and building stock, I also have been lighting doing social media work. Commenting here and there… following a new person or two.. Nothing serious, as I’m just dipping my toes into the seas of social media. Then, last week… out of no where… a message popped up on Facebook for me that my brain took a few seconds to comprehend.

The EXACT person that essentially runs/owns the event, messaged me, asking if I would be interested in vending for the Autumn market in September. No hesitation, I answered her back ABSOLUTELY!!! I worked all afternoon gathering up the last of the requirements and immediately sent an e-mail to the coordinator. Dear friends, I am BEYOND over the moon to excitedly announce that Moss’d & Found WILL be a vendor at the Autumn Equinox Witch’s Market. Our first show is the most perfect show for our debut onto the scene!

I am so grateful for the Universe, Spirit, and my husband. A trifecta that has supported me, does support me, and continues to do so. A new adventure awaits us all! The sprouting has begun!

Blessed Be & Sincerely,

Courtney
